Matthew O’Sullivan graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, B.S. Marine Engineering.

Starting in 2001, Matt’s career began as an Engineering Officer on foreign voyages from the US. Along with 12 years going to sea, he engaged shoreside work work as a Marine Surveyor with the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), managing maritime projects, acting as a Technical Representative aboard U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and commercial vessels, and being a part of the development and management of a marine terminal.

Passionate about innovation in the marine industry, Matt has contributed to advancements in hull materials and manufacturing for small craft, driving progress in this dynamic field.

James Gibbons brings 18 years of experience across diverse maritime sectors, including marine transportation, logistics, supply chain management, vessel brokerage and chartering, terminal operations, and offshore wind marshalling harbor management.

He holds an MBA with a focus on Managerial Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a bachelor’s degree in International Maritime Business from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Jamie is a leader in this space of moving forward marine industry innovation.
